Monthly memberships can be canceled any time.

Annual members purchase a 12 month membership for the cost of 10 months, and can cancel at the end of their 12 month term.

You’ll not only get advice from Susan but our entire team. Our Coaches and Mentors are Ecommerce store owners who have used the Inner Circle training to grow their own successful stores. When they give you feedback and advice, you can be confident that they’re sharing strategies that are working right now.

Our Facebook group is staffed with experienced e-commerce store owners to make sure you get answers to your questions quickly. Members also have access to our team of industry-expert coaches for 1:1 calls.

We completely understand that questions happen at all times of the day and on all days of the week. Our group is spread around the world and the TSSG team does our best to answer questions 6 days a week.

The live calls are held monthly. While there is no set date each month, all calls happen at 1pm ET.

Calls are recorded and uploaded to your classroom, so you'll still be able to watch if you're unable to attend live.

You’ll find updates to the Live Sessions monthly, and new training content all year long.

Setting aside 4-5 hours each week will allow you time to review the lessons and implement everything you learn.

  When you reach the Audience and Traffic training, you will need to set aside a small budget for ad testing and traffic. We recommend you start with $5/day to get the best results.

One on One Coaching is available exclusively to Inner Circle Members at a very affordable cost.
You will be able to book calls as you need them.

We work with stores on all platforms that integrate natively with Meta and Google, but all of our tutorials are demonstrated on Shopify.

Check with your site host if you're unsure that it includes native integration, or we can help you migrate to our preferred platforms.
